4 Bay leaves, fresh
2 Bay leaves, dried
1tsLemon peel, grated
1/2cWater; boiling
1 1/2cWitch hazel
6drOrange oil

They're crisp and refreshing as only nature can be. Mix up a batch of after-shaves to pamper that special man on your list and an array of body rubs for your active friends; then present your tinctures in clearly beautiful bottles. Witch hazel, itself derived from the leaves and bark of the witch hazel shrub, becomes the soothing base for these lotions.

Bruise herbs and cover with boiling water. Cool and strain into witch hazel. Label "For External Use Only."
